    ORDERING & SIZING

     

    Q: Can I try on a gown before I buy it online?

    No. Gowns sold online are not available for try-on unless you choose in-store pickup and schedule a 30-minute appointment.

     

    Q: What size should I order?

    Bridal sizing runs 2–3 sizes larger than your street size. We recommend using your current measurements and referencing our Bridal Sizing Guide. Still unsure? Contact us!

     

    Q: Do you offer alterations?

    We don’t offer in-house alterations, but we’re happy to recommend trusted seamstresses in your area. Most gowns can be taken in 2–3 sizes.

     

    Q: Can I reserve a gown without buying it?

    No. All gowns are first-come, first-served and cannot be held or placed on hold.

     


     

    SHIPPING & PICKUP

     

    Q: How much is shipping?

     

    • USA: Flat-rate of $75 via UPS Ground (includes tracking, $1,000 insurance, and signature confirmation).

    • International: Rates vary by region and are calculated at checkout.

     

    Q: How long will it take to receive my dress?

    We ship 2–3 business days after quality inspection. Delivery timing depends on your location and shipping method.

     

    Q: Can I pick up my dress in-store?

    Yes! Choose “Pick Up In Store” at checkout. If you’d like to try on your gown with a stylist, you’ll receive a link to schedule a 30-minute Pick-Up Appointment.

     

    Q: What should I bring to my Pick-Up Appointment?

    Bring your order confirmation and any accessories you’d like to try on. Come ready to say YES!

     


     

    RETURNS & POLICIES

     

    Q: What is your return policy?

    All sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges. Gowns are sold as-is.

     

    Q: What condition are the gowns in?

    Each gown is a showroom sample in like-new condition. They’ve only been tried on in-store and are inspected before shipping.

     

    Q: Do the gowns come with a garment bag?

    Garment bags are not available as an add-on during checkout at this time.

     

    Q: What if my dress doesn’t fit?

    Most gowns will need alterations. If you’re unsure about sizing, please reach out before purchasing—we’re happy to help!

    Q: Where do you ship from?

    All online sample gowns ship from Savvy Bridal Kansas City.

     

    Q: Do you charge sales tax?

    Yes. Missouri state and local taxes apply to orders shipped within Missouri. Other states and international orders may have separate requirements.

     

    Q: Will I owe customs fees if I order internationally?

    Yes, duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your local customs office.
